This morning dropped off car and Marc made sure all my concerns were taken care of. The back ordered modulator was installed and my accord was completed on time. Marc was great and even made sure my discount was applied, excellent service from everyone!

You need more mechanics. When I called for an appointment on Thursday I didn’t get one till the NEXT Wednesday. Despite coming in at 9am for my appointment the car wasn’t even worked on till the next day. And then I had to wait one more day for the parts to come. 3 days for one small repair (not to mention nearly $600) is not acceptable!
