Paul was great. My car was left filthy after the service. The mechanic turned on the rear windshield wiper with the water and left water drilling down the rear of the car. There was a hand print of grease left on the door panel and a foot print left on the painted part of the bottom of the door to get into the driver side.

I was initially helped , however , I was told I would get a call or text several times… I was not and Paul was gone on the third day…
I was told they could not do anything because they could not replicate the problem, but Paul knew from the description it was the starter .. I appreciate that it’s expensive but I had to take my car and it happened again.. now I’m stuck after having had a rental car for several days … now I may have to tow it again and I hope I am not stuck at my work … not happy sorry

My car reeks! I was not warned that the air conditioning service would pollute my car with toxic fumes. I have never been so disgusted with the condition in which my car was returned. I can't sit in it. I certainly can't drive it. I can't even be anywhere near it. My garage stinks. My house stinks. And I've had a headache and felt nauseus ever since I drove it home. What the hell kind of toxic chemicals did you put in my car? I will be contacting the appropriate authorities. This clearly constitutes a health and safety issue.

The only thing that would have made the whole process even better was if my car had been washed for me before I picked it up. That used to be something that was done at dealerships after having your car serviced. That was a very nice show of appreciation for me giving a dealership my business. Just my opinion. :)

Very careless with my personal belongings, I had a very intimate ornament hanging from my rear view mirror I’ve had for 18 yrs! And it’s gone, they have no idea where it went “ it was put in the middle console” “we through it in the back seat” “ it kept hitting my head”. That ornament had a ring on it that my wife gave me 18 yrs ago. My wife is very ill to say the least.. I’ve called and left voice mails to see for an update. To top off my AC is not working properly. It’s blowing warm air when it is at a low setting only works constantly when on hi. I am very disappointed at the lack of care.I left my car with Honda with complete confidence no concerns no care in the world. This was pure neglect no care for my personal belongings on Hondas behal.
