I have had a problem with the HV range estimate since new. Every time I brought it in they said it was fixed, usually with a software upgrade. Never fixed. Last Feb. the tech did fix it, but the problem returned on the first fill-up. Wanted it looked at again but Mark said they were too busy I would have to bring it in again. When I paid the bill I tried to make a new appointment but the rep said it would be $100 to look at it. I told him it has been a problem since day one and should be under warranty, but to no avail. I know this is a known problem with the Clarity.
