Estimate included items that weren't actually needed, and left off items that were needed as verified by another auto repair shop.
I brought car in before the warranty expired and didn't expect to have to spend $100 just to get my car back when no work was done.
Now that our maintenance/service warranty is expired, I don't expect to come back to Weir Canyon Honda unless there is a recall or a bumper-to-bumper warranty issue.

I’ll probably always own a Honda (such a good car), it’s the people and the little things (which really are not so little) that make the difference. There should be more like Brian.
