But it was a good experience and they didn’t complain about doing recall work which was great since I know they’d rather do other work that is more profitable. I would return for service. But the follow marketing is getting annoying

I got an quote and Paul gave me a price more than the quote when I asked him why the pricing is high now he said the quote is with an after market part. If I have to get an aftermarket part I can go to a local mechanic where I will pay substantially low price. When I asked him whether I can talk to his supervisor then he offered the previous price what was quoted. He did not allow me to apply the coupon which I got from Honda. If I would had apples it would had been $50 less. Is this comment going to help me? I doubt. I really doubt whether anyone is reading these. If they read this then can they give back my $50?

Everything else you guys did on my car was perfect. However I asked Jorge to check my Bluetooth because I mentioned to him that when I have my Bluetooth on everytime I accelerate my radio gets louder and when I push the break it goes back to its regular volume. So I don't know if he forgot to check it or he just didn't mention it to the other engineers.

Brian did a fabulous job in making sure my service was done correctly and within a timely manner. He explained what needed to be done and a meticulous job in the care of my car. Brian even apologized for the lower quote and was very kind to help me out. I knew my car was going to be an expensive fix so I was NOT upset when given the total. As much as I didn’t like it. Brian is a great asset to WEIR CANYON HONDA and I was pleased and very happy with his help and advisement. A job well done.

I didn’t see my consultant Mark Juban n explained what services he did to my car. Found air cleaner element to be dirty but didn’t change. Brake fluid dirty and HEPA filter to be dirty , didn’t change. I just got a text that my car is ready. Nobody talked to me and explained.
