Brian did a fabulous job in making sure my service was done correctly and within a timely manner. He explained what needed to be done and a meticulous job in the care of my car. Brian even apologized for the lower quote and was very kind to help me out. I knew my car was going to be an expensive fix so I was NOT upset when given the total. As much as I didn’t like it. Brian is a great asset to WEIR CANYON HONDA and I was pleased and very happy with his help and advisement. A job well done.

I didn’t see my consultant Mark Juban n explained what services he did to my car. Found air cleaner element to be dirty but didn’t change. Brake fluid dirty and HEPA filter to be dirty , didn’t change. I just got a text that my car is ready. Nobody talked to me and explained.

With each oil change you supposed to inspect my vehicle. I had all paperwork from passed oil change and full inspection of my vehicle. This time the inspection wasn’t done . So today my car didn’t turn on , AAA came and they jumped the car and told me my battery was bad and i need to replace it. I really dissatisfied that your techs didn’t do their job.
