Paul Gonzalez did not show any trust in the process and demonstrated an awful customer experience. He told me my vehicle would be ready by Mon 3/7 when I came in on Sat 3/5. I called him 3/7 and asked if it would be ready today. He said “yes, by lunch time.” When I asked if “lunch time” meant before 12 noon, he said “yes.” I came to pick my vehicle at 11:35 and asked if it was ready. He told me “no and that the part would cost me $1,700.” I expressed that it is the same ongoing issue I’ve had for 4 straight years now (with the AC). When going over the diagnostics, I told him it was not fair that I am not being covered for the same issue I’ve had since the car was new. I asked for a loaner car and rudely said “no I don’t have any.” I explained that I need to get to work and that I would need it back. He offered zero alternatives to help me out with that issue. I told him that I did not appreciate his attitude and that I’m going to give be speaking directly to his manager about this experience. He said “you’re just mad, you’re not getting it for free.” This was beyond unprofessional and has turned me off from ever getting service from this place again.

Brian is by far the BEST Service manager I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with!!! I arrived a few minutes after 7:00, not realizing you now open at 8:00. I went to grab a quick drive thru breakfast and got back around 7:20 and was the first car in line. Brian came out when he saw me and started writing me up, virtually 30 minutes BEFORE you opened. There were other cars behind me and he wanted to get as many cars as possible processed before you officially opened. The world needs more caring people like Brian!!!

My service person, Paul Gonzalez, failed to mention that if I left my car to see what the check engine light meant that it would be five hours before he could tell me and I would not get my car back that day. Also when he did call he told me that it was faulty wiring due to animals chewing and it would be $650. I don’t know who had that trouble, but my car had a faulty oil pressure switch I found out when I finally picked up the car after 2 Lyft drivers were called, the first one given the wrong address and cancelling me.

2 visits fir the same issues Was told that this would be done at 10% discount Just now when I showed up for pickup the car the service advisor (not Paul) tried so give about 7% discount saying it was only a ‘little bit’ off I had to confront him asking by which math standard it was just a little bit off and if it was in fact a little bit off then why not 13 versus 7 instead of 10 I certainly hope the core issue is fixed after my second visit otherwise I would be really unhappy
