I felt that the service guy did not want to service my car and that it was a pain in the **** and he was trying to put me off getting it serviced it was a 40 point inspection. I had an appointment I booked it the day before. First of all he said it would take two hours and if I could leave it with him till five. And then I got a text message as soon as I got home to say that the car was ready which was a little strange. Very disappointed as we have purchased all our vehicles from Honda in the past it looks like things have changed at Honda weir canyon

I’ve been a faithful customer for 10 years. My car is old, also 10 years. I brought it in for an oil change and regular maintenance and while it was there I requested other service repairs. Jesus got right back to me the same day and told me what my car needed. I said great let’s do it. It’s cheaper than buying a new car at this point. Turns out all the repairs needed couldn’t be completed. But I didn’t get this information until after I’d driven all the way out to pick up my car. Unfortunately one of the repairs that needed to be done was fixing my moonroof and the lights inside my car. When I got to Honda I was told that my moonroof opened accidentally and no one was still there to fix it/manually close it. So I drove home with an open moonroof which as of now still won’t close and it’s suppose to rain. My dad will be bringing it back out tomorrow for you to fix it but I’m really disappointed that I didn’t get a call to update me on this repair I’d expected to have done. I also feel like you should’ve let me keep the loaner car one more day in order for you to close the moonroof the next day when the mechanics were back. Now I’m inconveniencing my dad to bring my car out because I don’t have time to come back out until Thursday. But I can’t drive around in a car with an open moonroof for 3 days. I paid you all a very pretty penny. I drive all the way from garde grove to use you guys. This will be my last time. :(
