Jorge Echeveria s lack of knowledge and experience. I asked him if the AC would be checked since it’s not cold (just blowing air) although I set the temperature to 67. When I checked out, the other service consultant told me that they didn’t do Condenser check.

I dropped my car off Monday morning, and was told on Monday late afternoon that no technician had even looked at it. This means that I had a rental car on Monday for no reason. On Tuesday, I spoke with Jesus and specifically requested that he reach out when the part ordered came in. He confirmed that he would do so. However, I never heard back from him. After multiple calls to the service department, I was finally told by a different technician that the part had indeed come in, and my car would be ready Thursday evening. But since I hadn’t heard back from Jesus (and still haven’t), I had already made plans to keep my rental car an extra day (Jesus told me there were no loaner cars available). Because of the lack of communication, I had to pay for 2 extra days of a rental car. I have no problem waiting for my car, and understand there is a labor and parts shortage; however, the smallest amount of communication would have saved me hundreds of dollars. I take my car and my wife’s Civic to Weir Canyon for every service, and have spent thousands of dollars there. It does appear that my business is not a priority for Weir Canyon Honda
