I didn’t get a text message letting me know when the service had been completed. He did say it would be done around noon. At 1 pm I took a chance and went to pick up my car. It was done!
However, the passenger front seat had been reclined all the way to the back. Appeared that someone had taken a nap. I was also surprised that no courtesy wash was provided. The person who retrieved the car said that that is not provided anymore!

I arrived at 8:20am to have a repair done that I was previously told by Marc Wiseman would take 1.5 hours or so. Jesus Olvero(?) told me that they were very busy and it was very unlikely I would get my car back before the afternoon. I told him I had arranged to come in with Marc Wiseman the previous day and he replied “Well it’s Marcs day off today and he’s unlikely to know how busy we’d be today”. I appreciate this may be the case but I had pre arranged to bring the car in - this after your tech had ordered the incorrect part when I had brought it in previously to get the repair done. Jesus then told me that I could come wait in the service area and Paul Gonzalez had my ticket and he would be coming in in a half hour and would see me then. Nobody came to see me. Jesus passed by where I was sitting several times and never checked to make sure I had been taken care of let alone make eye contact!! Finally at 11:45 when I figured your tech had had enough time to do the repair I went to find Paul Gonzalez. He didn’t even have my paperwork, the keys and the paperwork had been left on Marcs desk which miraculously he had no trouble locating. The invoice is timed at 9:58am which is when I assume my car was ready, I later found an email from Corey Smith thanking me for visiting the Center sent around the same time. This reminds me of why I stopped coming to your Service Center. Just because Marc was off nobody else wanted to step up and I was made to feel as if my repair was not important because you were “very busy” this morning. Nobody came to find me once my car was ready. Paul outright lied and said it had only been ready for 10-15 minutes prior to my having come to see him when it’s obvious from the invoice the car had been ready much earlier. Btw I received another email from Corey Smith when I paid at 11:58am. Marc Wiseman was great in all the time I dealt with him. I’m almost ready for a new car it’s highly unlikely I’ll be buying it from Weir Canyon Honda.
