Well .. What can I say Made appointment to have the car check out, Bc It Bad mell from Air conditioning which had been Smell after the car was purchased But We thought that what it sd be smelling due to Brand New Car..! Well.. Thought smelled didn't go away, On top of that it getting worse. Last week R sister drove the car Then she told us about her son's Car had the same issue, That HD dealer had been taking care-off for him. On the other hand, I got hurt on the feeling So Bad From this Dealer = Not that they would taking care of the issue, Instead they was fighting with the Customer so bad, and Refuse to fix It even though the car still under warranty..! Unless U must pay..! Otherwise They don't even take a look..! They said it is Cosmetic, therefore Customer must pay..! This is a Very Very Bad Customer Service V ever met..! We have to the car to the other dealer & got it fixed the next day.. They Really know there job well..! No question, No fighting, No ask for money..etc...! But Get a job done with professional Attitude & known there job well..! YBLD Honda Dealer is Not good enough To be there & deserve any Recommendations from the Customers at all..! Not helping Customers Not Good enough for the Job Fighting with Customers asking 4$$ = regardless Warranty Refuse works Make Customers Really upset..! Sorry to tell U the True..! V R so regret to take the car there & V won't want other to get Bad experience like us ..! Bc It Hurt Bad..! Hopefully someone on the upper Level can make this to improve Other wise.. We don't deserve this kind of attitude & threaded by those. Regards Kelly
