Marc was amazing. It was my son's first oil change in his first car. Marc made it a great experience. The only issue we had was that there was a dirt/sand substance left on the gear shift and steering wheel. Otherwise, it was great to be back.

Last Saturday my car broke down and needed to be towed and needed to get to the dealer because the car won’t start. now, after i checked out my car from the service just upon entering the freeway it broke down again! With less than 10 mins of driving. Now i am here waiting for the tow service again to bring the car back to your dealership. This is so frustrating already, i’m wasting a lot of time and money with this kind of service that you have. So frustrating! It was a horrible experience! OMG

Things have changed at WC Honda…
1st: complimentary car washes gone (before the drought)
2nd: shuttle service is gone, UBER / LYFT is used now but if you “only” scheduled an oil change its not offered.
3rd: matching Honda dealers coupons has now changed to Orange County Honda dealers coupons. I challenged this new process and my advisor matched the NR Cerritos Honda coupon price.
4th: 7 AM appointments on Saturday are gone, probably due to COVID.
Your dealership is very close to my home so it will take a lot more for me to change dealerships but I wanted to share my opinions with you.
