I dropped off my car around 9:30 am.He told me that my car will be done before 12 am. Once my car’s ready, he will give me a call ( not text message) I came back to the dealer around 10:15 am and awaited till 11: 35am. Two reasons ,
I was very upset. First, He ‘s ignoring me when I was called his name. Second he made me wait extra 45 minutes. ( if he gave a call, not send text message
No need to be waited )
I like this Honda dealer because it’s only 5 minutes from my house and last services good. But today ‘s service not satisfied.

I called just before 10:00 a.m. to try to schedule an appointment to have my vehicle fixed it is a safety recall for airbag deployment system. They told me it would be 2 and a 1/2 hours even though the notice only said 30 minutes and then I got there and they said it would be 2 days. I am appalled by the service and completely disgusted that I've purchased 2 vehicles over the last 2 years from you guys now
