I was not happy at all when I left the dealer after my service. The service took much longer than I was told. Jesus took 15% off the bill, and when I returned home there was a message on my home phone that Jesus had also arranged for a significant credit on my account towards my next service. He did all he could to correct a disappointing experience.

I was told when scheduling the appointment that the vehicle would be needed for two hours. Nearly 4 hours later I had to call the service department to ensure the vehicle was complete since the service department hadn’t contacted me. Upon calling the dealer no service advisor could find the time to answer my call. The receptionist promised a call back but one was never received.
