1. The time on my car was not fixed. I paid over 1000.00 and the time was not fixed. That has never happened before. My usual place is Honda in Santa Ana. I feel as if the service I needed wasn’t done first I was quoted a different price then told something less. I heard them talking saying take out this and that. Then when I asked what are you not doing that you lowered the price over 300.00. They said nothing but I literally heard them. I was also told I needed coolant and air conditioning cleaning. Then told I didn’t need it. Just the whole thing was so shady. Not trustworthy at all. I dropped off my car on Friday and didn’t get my car back until 1 the next day. I am taking my cat to Honda in Santa Ana to make sure everything needed was done. This is my second experience and both have been bad, this time was worse. Never again!

I had texted my rep but did not get a response. When I brought it to Paul’s attention he apologized and explained there is a new system and some messages go unseen. Because the message went unseen my request to have the windshield wipers checked was not addressed. Though it is normally something the guys in the back check they did not this time. The windshield wipers was falling off the rocker arm. When I showed Paul he again apologized and took care of it himself. Paul was great. I suggest something different with the text messages. I’m very concerned if the guys in the back missed the wipers if they missed something else.
