When I picked up my car, the car seat in my backseat was unhooked and shoved to the other side of my car, the padding was all undone from it and on the floor of my backseat. If for some reason they needed to unhook it, fine, but put things back how you found them. I had to reinstall it and put all the padding back on it (which isn’t supposed to be removed) before I could put my son it and go home.
