My problem was not resolved but Mark was courteous and professional in addressing my issue. Hope that Honda Diagnostic team figure out how to fix my problem...my car clock would not adjust to standard savings time.

Dropped car off on Saturday for my 8:45 appt to check A/C. Got a message at 11 that the car was ready. Picked up the car around 1:30. Drove it about 5 miles and discovered that the A/C was still not blowing cold air. Returned the car and was told they would not be able to fix it by 5:00. The service writer offered me a loaner so I would have a vehicle Saturday evening, Sunday, & Monday to pick up my car. The writer was having trouble checking a loaner. After the 3rd try he solicited the assistance from the Service Manager Brian who replied to him after I walked away, “I didn’t know what you wanted me to do about it”. I got a text a little after 8:00 on Monday that my car was fixed. I picked up my car around 9. 48 hour turn around for a scheduled appointment.

Marc is a good kid and from what little I've had done service wise, your service folks seem competent. He, and they, are about the only reason I'll continue to come to you folks after my sales experience.
