My wife dropped off her CR-V on time for her appointment at 9:15 a.m. She was told it would take a couple of hours. At 2:13 p.m., she called the service department to get a status on the vehicle. The person who answered, she is upset she did not get the name, said she would have Mr. Wiseman, service advisor, contact her and seemed to be in a hurry to hang up on her. She attempted to call the service department many times around 4:00 p.m. but no one answered. She ended up asking for help to reach Mr. Wiseman via the Parts Department. Thirty minutes after she called the Parts Department, she decided to go to the dealership to get a status of the car because no one was communicating with her. When she arrived, the CR-V was being worked on and Mr. Wiseman denied hearing about her attempts to contact him when she arrived in person. The CR-V was ready at 5:30 p.m. The lack of communication from Mr. Wiseman is unacceptable and a poor representation of Weir Honda. Communication with my wife would have gone a long way and avoided this bad review of Mr. Wiseman. She does appreciate that he greeted her with a smile in the morning.
