In person everybody was very pleasant, but i had 2 issues:
1 - every time I called the service department nobody picked up, even when being transfered. I had my car towed there and literally called 14 times that day to try to talk to somebody.
2 - there was a fairly complex issue and was given a very surface level diagnosis. Then I was sent a quote with more on it. That was a confusing experience.

My car wasn’t ready when promised so my service technician went the extra mile to see that it got taken care of. I was comped for the inconvenience. I am very thankful for that. My service provider was very sincerely apologetic and nice from our first meeting, so I will be returning for future car service.
