Everything was great, but the only issue was that they were going to install a cabin air filter and engine air filter without our approval. I would appreciate it if they would have called and asked us if we wanted these services before they would install them, since they were an added cost from what we were quoted.

Waited 6 months or better for part. And if I didn’t call no one would have called me. Also when appointment came no text no call. Then when completed I had to call them for a pick up date and still I get a text 5 days later telling me to pick up my car that I have been driving the whole time.
