On the “works service” it says tires are rotated. Tires on my truck where not rotated. I know this because there was a new rim and tire installed on my truck and that rim and tire are in the same spot as before I dropped my truck off.

The oil dipstick was not completely inserted,which caused oil to come out of the tube and the rear tires were over inflated, which could've caused a failure/accident.

Miss quoted key price . When asked about it….. he said he didn’t tell me key price was $2.50. I spent $236 to have 2 keys made. And was charged $150 programming fee. I’m completely dissatisfied !!! I was overcharged and robbed. I paid the bill.
But I will never return and will certainly not ever recommend.
