I was told that my vehicle would not be ready until the afternoon, my appointment was at 7:30am, so I had to walk 3 miles home due to no shuttle service(I understand because of Covid so I was not mad at the situation, although I would have liked to be advised when I made my appointment). As soon as I made it home, I was called to say my vehicle was ready. I had to call a ride sharing company for a ride home. I would have waited for my vehicle if I knew it would only take an hour.

Will Tiesiera serviced my vehicle with engine and fuel problems. Within 2k miles and 2yrs warranty of the service, I had a blown motor!
David R., the service manager insisted the problem was not Will Tiesiera, yet the vehicle was given a 90k mile service/inspection , as well as the engine and fuel system work. 100 miles after leaving the dealer after service, I had a check engine light come on, which was never addressed by Will Tiesiera or David R!
Now I have a blown motor, even after all the service that was provided by Will Tiesiera Ford, who takes no ownership of the damage!
Zero integrity, ownership of issues or guarantee with the work or service at Will Tiesiera!!
Never again will I bring a vehicle and be treated like I did not know the service department ruined a good truck!! Service department wouldnt even meet half way on the price of the problem. No integrity, No ownership!
All good, BBB will be contacted about the credibility of Will Tiesiera!!
NEVER AGAIN!! Zero customer loyalty!!
