This was the best experience I've ever had taking my car in. I always make my husband deal with the car issues because I've been treated badly and overcharged by mechanics in the past. Not only was I treated with respect, but the prices were better than anywhere else I've gone. Henry was so awesome I came back the same day with another car to get the oil changed, and I have plans to come back again for some repairs on our older Honda. The man that drove the shuttle that morning was also very sweet and was nice company while drove around. Metro Honda has a fantastic team. Thank you.

My appointment to replace the recalled airbag was for 10 a.m., Sept. 28. The shuttle would pick me up no later than 2 p.m. to pick up my car. I had a 3 p.m. mtg to attend. I was carefully notified that installation was running late. The shuttle came at about 3:30 p.m. All of the personnel were extremely pleasant and helpful. Further delay occurred when the key to my car was lost - it was found. Finally, there is a vertical scratch in the middle of my windshield. I hope to bring it by your service center tomorrow.

I appreciate John being courteous and professional. I didn't appreciate your Employee Sandy's behavior. I observed her negative behavior in the morning when I dropped off my car and when I picked it up. The tone she used to speak to her colleagues was unprofessional. I have been taking my Honda Accord to your dealer for service for over 12 years. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day but if you chose a job as a customer service person then I believe you need to be professional every day. I appreciate the service John provided today.
