Matt was awesome but the rest of the service was not. I have been an Acura Owner for over ten years and the service that Metro Acura provides is out of this world and I thought that I would get the same service from Metro Honda but I was wrong. Needless to say I will be going to another Honda Center to get my Honda Serviced.

The only negative feedback I would have to give is they lost my keys for a moment. Otherwise,john was attentive, clear, and communicated well with the issues with my car. As for the shuttle service, I did wait about an hour for a ride. with the first driver, he toldl me that I needed to wait for the next driver (eta was 10 mins) yet it took about 30. The first driver had already returned with his run by the time the second driver came to pick me up. But no need to further contact me on the situation please.

I went three times to fix my brand new Odyssey. The arm rest in the middle row was broken and at the first time they just glued it then it became broken again. The second time I visited I was told they needed to order the part so I had to come back home. They promised me to let me know as soon as the part is delivered. But for 2 weeks, no calls at all.
I called them and brought the car and they finally change the part.
I am very disappointed with Honda service that makes their customer come 3 times to them to fix the same part.
