Metro Honda Auto Repair Service

In fact, I'm very satisfied with the service John **** provided. However, I would be more than completely satisfied if car wash was provided. I requested for car wash, but it was missed. In fact, car wash was missed a few times before. It would be really good if car wash is offered to any car serviced even without customers' requests.

We experienced excellent customer service and Patrick was awesome. Only thing is several charging stations were not working.

I was happy with my service overall. The wait time was long, but was expected. I was there on a Friday at 1130am to 3pm.

Thomas did great job, however trying to get the part was another issue, no contact, no customer service. I had an appointment but yet it took almost 4 hours to do a 30 minute job as I was told. I called the service manager and and the GM of the dealer. Thank goodness there are other Honda Dealers in the area. Never again....I will let others know don't deal with Metro Honda.

Two things that did not go totally smoothly: 1) There are real problems with making appointments on your website. It keeps forgetting passwords (I checked with my records - it was not me that forgot the password) and in the end I had to get to the appointments section using my phone number. Then it came up with two cars ... the same car but listed twice (I only have one car!). Then although I was due for A1 service, the site kept adding options and showing B1 as an option. It would not let me ignore or reject the B1 option. Then when I finally pressed the 'Continue' button, nothing happened. It would not continue with processing the appointment and so in the end I had to make the appointment by phone. [All this happened on Tuesday 6th] The website used to be great and work without any problems. This time it was terrible. 2) When I brought in the car this morning (9.15am), everything was very smooth. Joseph was very helpful - as always, he is great to work with. He said that the car would be ready by 2pm and arranged for the shuttle to take me home. I also received a message confirming that it would be ready at 2pm. Then I heard nothing until past 4pm. I was about to call, when the shuttle called to come to pick me up. It was great to have the ride back to Metro Honda, and I realize that you were particularly busy today and there was a backlog so everything took longer than planned. But it would have been helpful to have an email or a text or a phone call to let me know that there was a delay. But as always, thanks Joseph! It is great to work with you! Thanks for smoothing over everything.

Went there to get my airbags fixed and when I pick up my car my left side mirror was not there anymore and all the part was hanging from the car .. Yes I got it replaced but I had to go the next day for the car since they didn't have the mirror in stock . They should have more responsible people working there because they knew that happen to the car but no one said anything.. I would thing about it twice to go there again .. So disappointed
