I was not positive I didn't need transportation once I dropped off my car and Joseph King stayed concerned and connected until he was positive I was safe. He went above and beyond. Thank You Joseph.

Henry was fine, they scheduled my appointment but only had parts for the driver side, not the passenger, so now I have to wait for the other part to be ordered and come in AGAIN to have my car serviced. Not happy about that.

Your company sends out a recall message stating the car you built is unsafe to ride in the passenger seat a month before you can fix it properly. My mother who purchased the car from you rides in the passenger seat due to the fact that she is 85 and suffers from numerous health issues and has 24hr health care at her home. They use this car to get her to and from her almost daily doctors appointments in the local area. After receiving your notice my mothers health care providers refused to drive the vehicle with my mother in the passenger seat fearing a law suit if anything were to happen.
We explained the situation to your company both at Metro and to a corporate appraiser which neither came to the house to accurately assess the situation when we simply asked for a safe replacement vehicle to allow my mother to continue her daily schedule until your company can fix the car properly.
Instead you put the inconvenience your company created on my mother, her caretaker, and our family to figure out until you could fix the problem you created. In fact, I witnessed the corporate back peddling and finger pointing personally when told that the care taker should drive her personal vehicle, put my mother in the back seat which didn't work out or we should just take turns driving my mother to her engagements until your company could get their **** straight. Just like you we all work for a living. This situation created an enormous dilemma which could have easily been avoided had your company simply investigated the situation properly. I guess random acts of helpfulness are limited to the few times the cameras are rolling. Although the product is good the company still has work to do. Especially when you perceive yourself as a company that cares about its customers. Good luck getting this family to purchase another Honda.

Service from representative was great. Shuttle did not leave at 7:30. When I got my car at 7:50 still no shuttle. It is great that I am helpful like the people in the Honda commercials because I was able to give your client a ride to her work so she was not even more late. I ended up not being able to attend a community meeting as I was already to late. I was disappointed and dissatisfied that this occurred and I may rethink using Metro Honda for my next service.

Although Joseph was nice there is a lack of communication between staff.nobody answers the phone or answers voicemail. When somebody call they should be able to get answers. Not a statement from the girls that answer the phone, "sorry that is reality." Unacceptable in my book. Chevy dealer that I also deal with anyone can answer my question or get it right away, not empty. So, that's an issue. I spent 1600 in two months, and bought a car years ago. Anyway, my comments
