I was really please with Henry Gonzalez' service. Despite of the fact that a previous rep had made a terrible mistake by calling me and setting up an appointment without having the parts require for my civic's service. Henry made up for eveything and showed me why I'd rather take my car to Metro Honda than any other place. Really high quality customer service

I only needed a Check on my car for insurance purposes .. I had an appointment and then I was told it would be at least an hour and a half???? This was after a manager told him a technician could do it and it wouldn't take an hour ...
He also was a little rude when I asked about the status and when I was done he brushed me off to help someone else .. I went to get my car and it wasn't even right outside I had to get someone to find it ... ????
