Patrick was not very efficient. I understand that its a saturday and its extremely busy, but it was just an overall mess. Too many customers crowded around all the desks waiting to be assisted. Right off the bat Patrick was a bit short and rude. When we came back with the necessary paperwork that we had forgotten (the DUE Bill to get car windows tinted on a recently puchased Civic) he started to make up for it by joking around but again, it took a lot longer than it should have to check us in. No ability to multitask. When he went to verify that we were in fact told that all the windows would be tinted, he took the wrong paperwork and had to come back. He also gave us expired car wash vouchers. He promised the car by 2pm and by the time 3pm came around, he still hadnt called to let us know the car was ready. I made several attempts to reach him, left a voice mail, called back to see if another representative could assist me, and nobody was able to help. When I arrived a lovely woman assisted us. She was the only one who seemed to really take charge and see who she could help out to minimize waiting time. I'm very disappointed with the service department, especially bc I had high expectations bc of the awesome job the sales department did during my vehicle purchase.

Hi Metro Honda, I understand that this specific dealership gets very busy which is fine but I would reccomend trying to work on the communication between the service advisor and the actual customer. I was told my car would be ready at 12 so I show up a bit after 12 and my service representative is on lunch. It would of been nice If I would of known he wasn't going to be available when I showed up. There was a lady that was able to step in and help me 30 minutes after the fact which caused me to be late to work. Other than that I appreciate the help and I appreciate the service lady that hooked me up with a free car wash due to the wait. Thank you.
