The Honda Pilot, my wife had to wait a while due to the key being misplaced or labeled with the wrong service number, there was a delay while Henry ran around trying to locate it which he eventually did. That wasn't his fault but there may be room for some improvement here so that these keys are correctly matched with the vehicle. Secondly my wife wasn't happy with the wash that was performed on the vehicle, there were water drop streaks, moe so on the rear door area of the car. This was brought to Henry's attention and good enough he said she can bring it in any time and he would take care of it. I had no issues with my Honda Element which came in for the air bag recall.

Unfortunately when we provided in detail all the issues that we were experiencing with our car, the information was used to diagnose the problem timely. We actually had to drive back to dealer and physically show them the problem. This is very disappointing with the type of individuals working in our car.
