He carefully explains what I need and what repair can wait. Time permitting we're able to chat briefly about what is happening in our lives. I was on a tight schedule and down a car, I was very happy to get the text that my car was ready sooner then I expected. I received a follow up phone call again letting me know that my car was ready, again very happy. I was disappointed when I arrived to be told that they couldn't find my key and then when they did find the key they couldn't find the car. All of this wouldn't have been a big deal if I was not on a tight schedule. I wouldn't have come to pick up my car if I was not contacted twice to let me know that it was ready to be picked up.

Metro service has much work to do to be considered, in my opinion, any good. The service I received from Mr. Owen was okay but overall experience was sub standard. I would not use your services again.
