Sandy Ireland is the best. Before she became my service adviser, I was going to leave Metro Honda - too many bad experiences. However she rescued me from a nightmare adviser, when I was determined to get the situation rectified then find another place of service. Honest customer service is as important to me as the automobile service itself. I do what Sandy suggests and she makes sure it gets done. And by the way - I've not had another problem since she became my advisor. I'm sure there are MANY others who feel the same way.
