Horrible customer service. Had joe as a service rep. Told me part was in stock Friday, I left my car over night. Saturday I get a call that they don't have the part and need my car back Tuesday. They say just bring it back Tuesday. I did. And I get told they can't help me. When I was TOLD to bring it back. So I make an appt for Wednesday 130. I take it. Was told no one is there to service my vehicle. Why take my appt if it can't be kept?!?!? Joe tells me bring it Thursday morning... "U have my word I'll be here." I show up... And no joe. I leave it. It gets fixed. Then when I pay for it joe just wants me to hurry up and pay and doesn't try to resolve the issue I had with such poor customer service. Glad my car is fixed thanks. but seriously it took 4 trips.

Repairs were very unfortunately delayed due to the replacement part unavailable before unexpected wait. Service associate was very courteous and as helpful as possible arranging for customer van service.

Have my doubts if all the work was completed (not sure how to satisfy this). It has always taken to long to have car brought around after payment, same for the last 15 years, on occasion 10-15 minutes (requiring 2-3 requests) for the car to be brought around, old & new location. I like the new updates by email (text might even be good).

We shouldn't even have to be taking our brand new 2016 Pilot in for service within a month of buying it. Also don't need to hear made up excuses implying that it's our fault for the defects in the car. We feel we were sold a defective car and are not happy with the purchase or the service center.

Everything went well. Reasonably fast, efficient, and great professionalism. The only thing I'd like to add that other dealerships or brands offer is to book your next appointment for fluid changes, oil change, filter change or whatever needs to be serviced at certain mileages or percentages so the customer doesn't have to guess. Most vehicles these days have maintenance schedules built into the software. BMW, Mini, Toyota, Audi, Mercedes and other brands offer this. Lastly, the mechanic or service technician should offer recommended fixes to keep the car "new" and running smoothly. I do understand my vehicle is brand new 3700 miles however this is just a recommendation.
