The only issue was the time it took I took my car in for a simple brake issue , brakes were squeezing I bought my car two weeks ago, appointments was at 7am I waited until 9am . Must have someone to greet customers in the service drive. I understand waiting. However, standing there for literally 20 minutes not cool. Reflects very poorly on the over all experience. Worked at many honda dealerships. That was one of the worst waits i have ever endured. I viewed one altercation over the wait time. Initial customer contact is key to postive experience. Attention needs to be put in that area. John was great. Very professional.
