I waited for 45 minutes just to be asked what I needed help with at the service desk. Once there, they were unable to give me any kind of time frame on how long it would take to attach a spoiler. After 5 and a half hours, I finally decided to head back to the dealership because I had not received any type of call or notification. Going to the dealership, I had to wait another 40 min to be helped by someone. My car took an hour to be ready, but I never received any type of call

Very poor communication on my car from rep Henry. I prefer sandy but it's impossible to get someone to transfer to her to make appointment. Been coming here for years and have spent a ton of money servicing my Honda. Used to be great customer service....last few visits have been terrible. Was 3 minutes late to pick up my car and was treated like crap by the "manager" that as there stating there is no access to keys at this tims. Then a nice young man named Harvest overhears and made a phone call and magically those keys appeared....ya know the ones the manager had no way to get until the morning. Don't know what's going on over there but the customer service is so bad in the last year. My fan is also super loud since they replaced it...but Vance says that's probably normal. Too bad Sandy and Joseph can't see all your clients. They at least know how to treat people. Spent just under a grand on this visit and was treated poorly and car sounds like crap. Have a nice day
