I brought my 2016 Pilot in for its first oil change. When I got home I noticed my car was leaking oil. I called Metro. They sent out a guy to fix it and to clean my driveway. He said the problem was the drain plug was only finger tight. He cleaned the one spot on the driveway but not the other. On my other cars I change the oil myself because I have more confidence in myself than others. This proves that. I don't know if I will go back for future service.

Henry provided great customer service. I'm pleased my passenger air bag was replaced. My driver side air bag is still on back order, however I appreciate him letting me know my rear brakes were ready to be replaced and that my car code was indicating some maintence service.
