Tommy accepted the coupons I brought and asked if I had any other concerns with my vehicle. After leaving the premises, tommy called with an update. I also received a text message and follow- up call when my car was ready. Thank the employees for professional attention and a job well done. Enjoyed the complimentary car wash. John **** was awesome. The kid was professional,sharp and very positive but not too much,if you know what i mean. The best face Honda could hope for in an employee who represent their brand.
The sevice was fast,done well before the time agreed upon and my new brakes work great.
I think 3 hours my be a little long on the hourly estimate but overall i am completely happy and confident that the work is up to par.thank you
