Once again, your dealership has outdone themselves. From the moment I brought my 2013 Optima in for a possible blown engine, Matt made sure I felt important to Kia. When he informed me I needed a new engine and Kia would replace it under warrantee, he immediately offered a rental vehicle once he found out I did not have another vehicle to use. He provided me with status updates throughout the process and apologized when the replacement engine arrived damaged. I have purchased four vehicles from your dealership and will definitely purchase my next vehicle from Paso Robles Kia. Matt is an asset to your team as far as I'm concerned. V/R Charles H
