My initial appointment was for the morning and when I informed them that it would be dropped off & my husband would pick it up when he was done working I was told that would be good. When my husband went there at 3pm, my vehicle wasn’t even in the garage yet! So now, my husband with his help had to proceed home, & now my schedule had to change in order to pick up the vehicle when it was done at 5pm! THIS is not acceptable in my opinion. What is the sense of making a morning appointment. Your service team took serious advantage of my vehicle being ‘dropped off’.
That was for MY convenience, NOT yours.
