It was very difficult to navigate this service process. I’ve never had this issue in over 20 years. I would get a text saying my multi point inspection issue required me to contact you and when I did no one could see the message I was sent. I was sent to so many voice mails on Thursday. Finally my husband I were able to talk with him at 5:00 pm and he went over the insoection and recommendations and the car had to be there another night. Not sure what is happening but I certainly do not want to use the automated system next time. I want to speak with a perso.

I don’t know who Matthew Izbinski is. I was never introduced to any technician. But I do know the after report did not indicate that a tire rotation was done and it should have been.
