Asked for first appointment of the day. Took vehicle at 0715 and it wasn’t ready until just before 4pm. Called and had to leave message about 1 pm to inquire. A person I think by the name of Devon returned call he could use coaching on telephone skills. I was disappointed. And as always April was not concerned. The work was great but otherwise I was disappointed.
