I trust Palmiero people which is the reason I continue with Palmiero even after moving from Edinboro to Erie. I’m always greeted by friendly people and once the technician knows what has to be fixed, you are shown the price and are asked if you want to go ahead now or wait. Honesty, friendliness and respect go a long way.

Completely. The service person did a great job by checking the air in my tires so I didn’t have to pay the exorbitant amount I was quoted by the person at the desk. Thank heavens, something simple wasn’t taken advantage of. I have brought my 2 Toyotas to Palmiero’s for over 10 years.
Only one other time did I think I was getting a run-around. I was quoted around$1000 for new air conditioning after P’s looked at it a number of times. Barickman’s replaced (a motor part for $400) and I got the part.
