???????? Discovered a serious issue with the steering rack on my 192,000 mile Prius. It will cost me $1,800 to fully replace but it kept me from having a real dangerous road issue. Love my Prius ( hope to get another 60 or 70 thousand miles) before getting a new hybrid. Greatly appreciate the service tech folks at Palmiero in Meadville, Pa. Wish they got to see the positive feedback from these surveys. Most people question whether these surveys are even worth filling out. I guess I feel it is always worth the effort to give positive feedback when it is warranted. It is Toyota durability and its professional service that keeps me buying Toyotas!!!

I specifically asked that they replaced the cabin air filter if needed. When I got home 45 minutes away I realized my air was not running correctly. After popping the glove box open I found a ripped and totally black air filter. Service has declined over the past few years. I will get service in Ashtabula or Erie going forward.

It was very difficult to reach your services department. You get main gal that answers for your whole business then you are transferred to service dept. Multiple times when I was transferred it went to some kind of answering service and was to leave a message. I did and didn’t get a call back so I gave up trying. A week later I tried again and after two times I got someone. Not a good experience.
