I purchased a new 2024 Venza Limited last December, just over 1 year ago, from Palmiero and it only has 18,300 miles on it. Yesterday, at my routine maintenance check, I was told the tires are already worn out and need replaced. I was quoted over $1300 for 4 new tires. Your website reads that it will price match tires. I found a better price at Flynn’s and was told you could not match it with no explanation as to why.
So, 2 things:
1. How can my original tires not be under warranty when I’m not even at 20,000 yet and
2. Don’t advertise price matching if you aren’t going to honor it.
