Service Advisor Kim went out of her way to bring our our car back into the tunnel and to wipe off the water from the rain. Also, she noticed an error on our bill that would’ve cost us a few dollars and she corrected it.
I’m happy that your service people found that there was a service bulletin on the door problem that Toyota would pay for.

No issues with Kim at all but the entire assessment was bogus. Technician broke the bolt off of my car. There was not one thing wrong with my sway bar. I had to have my car towed due to the negligence when breaking off my bolt. Even the tow truck driver took photos and sent to me. The audacity to charge me for a service you never provided and to pad the issues with my car is extremely disturbing. I was told charge would be $110 but was charged $125. Explanation by your service mgr was there are taxes and when I said that is only 6% his comment was well it’s for parts as well. What parts?
