I had my Rav in for 15,000 mile service. After check in I was called & April had noticed my inspection was due in a few weeks & asked if I wanted it done. (I did mention this at the time of scheduling the appointment but was told there wasn't time available) April then noticed my registration had expired & completed it there! Great service. Thank you.

Matt was actually not working on the day of my appointment. I was checked out by Kim Christie. She recognized that my registration had expired, and I feel as though she went above and beyond in helping me rectify this situation. The appointment went pretty quickly, but April still took the time to review what had been done, showed me the video and photos taken by the technician, and explained the additional work needed politely and patiently. Everything was pretty quick and painless. I also appreciate being able to schedule last minute for a Saturday appointment so I didn’t have to leave work a day, but was also able to get my car serviced before leaving on a trip later this week.
