A little strange that turning the reverse alarm into a single beep costs $40+ when I specifically asked the sales rep when I bought the car 6 months ago if that could be done for me before we finalized the purchase. I was told it couldn't but saved me the hassle of buying my own BT obd for that one thing.

Your service since we moved her in 1995 is why we hope to buy a new Venza from you even though we’re replacing a Honda CRV that has been a good car for us. Not real happy that we can’t test drive the car we will buy instead of having to order it from the factory. But that’s not a problem with Matt or your service department.

We normally love the service there and today there were some minor things that have surprised us. There are blue dots of something on our windshield but they don’t come off with the wipers and fluid. The heater was set at 84 degrees and our auto lights were turned off and we just realized that driving tonight. We were emailed 2 photos of our car but we have no idea why or what they were for. None of this is a big deal but surprised us.
