Having recently moved to Mankato, I had not yet developed a relationship with Mankato Ford. My 2019 Super Duty unexpectedly developed turbocharger difficulties as we were leaving for a long weekend of camping in our fifth wheel trailer. Troy, Anthony, and the service tech Zack immediately set to work to identify the problem and locate the needed part at another dealership. A parts runner was notified and made a detour to retrieve our part. We were back on the road in a few short hours thanks to the dedicated staff. Rarely do you encounter such a high level of collaboration and delivery in the service industry. My experience far exceeded my expectations.
