Although I believe my car was fixed well, I had to initiate all contact. My car went in at 8:00 am for a scheduled appointment and no one contacted me. I ended calling at 4:30. I did receive a voice-mail. When I returned the call, my call was cut off. The following day, I called to confirm the approval I had given before my call was disconnected, and then I had to call 2 more times that day before I could find out if the work was completed.
