As I mentioned on the emailed survey, when I went to pay I was told my oil change would be $77. I questioned this by saying I had gotten an email with a different price. The gentleman says “you need to tell us upfront if you have coupons”. I said it’s not a coupon, and showed him it said ‘every day low price $59.95’. He said “no problem”, but that’s old, I haven’t seen one of those for a long time. I said it’s dated 11/15/22! Despite saying “no problem”, it was clearly a problem since it was a combative conversation, and it appeared he tried to make me feel I was in the wrong for not presenting something upfront AND using an “old” email. First time I ever felt like that at the dealership.
