We really appreciate this dealership…so much so that we’ve bought 3 cars and continue to service them at your location. The only thing we would change is there needs to be more coupons available to help offset the cost of repairs.

The sales team had told the service department my car was a priority because they were installing items left off when ordered. When they were unexpectedly short staffed, my vehicle was one that was delayed, running into the time period that I had an appointment to go over the car features with another person on the sales team. That person was not notified of the delay, and neither were we until we returned to the dealership.

Extraordinary doesn't always mean completely satisfied. I was visiting from out of town when my car developed a major oil leak on Saturday. I had the car towed to your dealership Sunday. I found out Monday morning your shop had four techs out sick and was told by a service advisor of this fact when
he stated... "I am one man trying to do five different things at once and couldn't say If or When anyone might ever be able to look at your car!" This was what I was told on Monday morning. I couldn't get anyone to answer that question or return my call until Wednesday afternoon. I explained to the receptionist that I was visiting here from out of town and went ahead and made an appointment with "Subaru of Dayton" on Tuesday morning, if Wagner's service couldn't get to it. She said she was unable to get anyone in service to answer at this time but would take my number and have them call me. No one did until late Tuesday afternoon, when I was told that the car should be able to be looked at some time the next day, so I canceled the Dayton Appointment. Very High anxiety led to finally hearing the car would need the engine replaced! Ouch!!!

My only criticism is that they always turn off the auto setting on my headlights when they service the car. I always forget to check it until it gets dark out and I can’t see the road. By then it’s harder to find the auto setting while I’m driving and the cabin lights are low also. It’s a bit of a safety hazard. Would be nice if they change settings that they change them back when they are done. Thanks!
